Behavior of wood as a function of drying rate in a 90°C oven

Each species has its own behavior during the drying process, which is why there is a need for a study capable of characterizing the behavior of commonly used forest species. The aim of this study was to evaluate the behavior of the wood of four forest species (Garapa, Jatob , Ma aranduba and Mandioqueira) in relation to the rate of kiln drying at 90 C, based on intrinsic wood attributes such as density, initial humidity and anatomy.
