During my travels around Texas as a practicing CPA, past chairman of the Texas Society of CPAs and my part time job as a sports broadcaster, I have had the opportunity to try out restaurants all over the state. My favorites are "e;holes in the wall"e; that are family owned. Therefore, I have compiled a list of restaurants in which I have eaten and enjoyed that meet this criteria so that readers may enjoy them as well.
