Bee in Yoga is a colorful picture storybook written in rhyme for children and those young at heart who want to explore yoga. In the story cranky and out of balance Brad-a-Bee meets kind and peaceful Annie the butterfly. Annie shares with Brad-a-Bee a new way of "bee-ing" by engaging in the practice of yoga. He discovers ways to strengthen his body, calm his mind, and become aware of the mind-body connection playfully. Included in the book is a descriptive glossary of yoga poses with illustrations to accompany the story as it is read.
