Atlas of Office-based Blue Laser Therapy in Laryngology

This atlas provides more than 400 images and video-recordings that describe in detail the step-by-step of the surgical techniques in-office blue laser surgery for benign and pre-malignant diseases of the larynx. It is the first atlas that compiles such a large number of cases, more than 50, and displays pre, intra, and post-operative images. The last two decades witnessed marked advances in technology including the development of the flexible endoscope with a working channel as well as the glass fibers for delivery of lasers. These advances often spared the patient the risk of general anesthesia and the morbidities of suspension microlaryngoscopy.
