Arise, Immortal: The One Shall Come Forth

At the first there was the Song. The harmony, the crescendo of infinite complexity from which All came forth. At the second came the Immortals, thirteen in all. Amongst them, one stood different, one who tinkered, made, created. Cursed he was, for they were jealous and they stole. In revenge, he broke the Song, seeking to condemn them to endless death. The Twelve sought throughout Time and Creation for the moments where history might change course, sought make a being who could mend the Song. A boy, a nexus point about which hinges the future of, perhaps, everything. An Elf, an Emperor, born into a world infused with majik, but a majik that is a shadow of the power once wielded by Elvenkind. Enemies in a war of ignorance and hate, neither could imagine their future, forced together to save their world from the resurrection of ancient majik. Majik that was to destroy everything that they love, everything they thought they were, and awaken the ancient nemesis of all peoples.
