Aphrodite's Venom is the second book of three to be released in a poetry series. The first book "Love's Untold Story" was an imaginative illustration of words detailing love through a hopeless romantics eyes. In the midst of the pain, drama, and tears love always prevailed. This book is raw, gritty and provocative. There is definitely love in this book. In fact true love was found. There also underlies a woman who has both found and lost herself. She is broken beyond repair and must be born a new to survive. This book follows that process of burning to ashes and rebirthing a phoenix.Each book details personal accounts of this life. It documents not only how one has grown as a writer and a poet. It showcases one's inner being. In book one poor little Joey was na ve and it was crazy but beautiful. In this book you begin to see some scarring mixed with a few bumps and bruises. You can see first hand how broken she'd become.
