Antiemetic Therapy

Prevention and treatment of nausea and emesis are important issues in a patient's wellbeing in the clinical setting as well as for the outpatient. Various and still partly unresolved pathomechanisms play a role in nausea and emesis in humans. It is therefore important to compare results from preclinical research in animal models with results from clinical studies.
