Annual Report on BEIJING-TIANJIN-HEBEI Development (2020)

This report focuses on the theme of "Coordinated Governance in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region." It systematically reviews theories of regional governance, summarizes the evolution patterns of governance models in central cities and urban clusters both domestically and internationally, and explores key areas of regional coordinated development, including industry, transportation, public services, ecological environment, and innovation. The report emphasizes how to innovate models and pathways for the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region by improving regional governance institutions, constructing a regional governance system, and innovating regional governance models. Based on above analysis, corresponding countermeasures and recommendations are proposed.
