Ancient are Excellent and soul knowledge

The body is gross, the universe is gross, which is visible, but the subtle elements within it are not visible. Due to attachment in the body, that object becomes more intense towards the pleasures. The soul is a subtle soul, without its apparent experience, man is deprived of knowing it. A mind entrapped by lust distracts it so much that it forgets the soul itself. Whatever is happening in this worldly phenomenon is the result of this self-knowledge. But by reminding some of the Buddha, the person gets rid of these bondages and leads them towards liberation. From time to time, many such Buddha men have appeared, through whose guidance many wandering souls have been saved. Astavakra was also such a Mercury person whose name would be taken with great respect in the spiritual world. Three stories are prevalent about the life of Astavakra, which shows that he was Siromani among the knowledgeable. At a very young age, he had attained self-knowledge.
