An Unwilling Defence

Personally, I feel that my Court-martial was a waste of time and energy for all concerned, I say this as in my opinion the result of it, pertinent to the sentence, was a fore gone conclusion. If I am at fault for forming this opinion a censure must be levelled at my defending lawyer Mr. Murray Herber Tobias, a reserve lieutentant in the Royal Australian Navy. This man climbed the mountain to be realised as, Justice Tobias, Appeals Court N.S.W. Australia but, my defence as profered by this man was a different story. A disturbing but true story
