Alternative Means of Collective Dispute Resolution

The research is based on the scope of the implementation of alternative means of conflict resolution. It is based on the best practices of collective law and the social actors who interact on a daily basis in the negotiation processes in the different labour spheres in Latin America, and who need to develop best practices for the implementation of solutions.
