African Hunters Cook Book

A cook book for all hunters. There is help in preparing the animal and meat to cooking the meat. Elephant trunk and porcupine to springbuck and general venison dishes. Game bird dishes are included.All the dishes are designed to wet the taste buds and add more to your hunting experience. Then for the camp there are some traditional desserts and snacks. Put together by a hunter for the hunters. A must have book. This recipe book was inspired by friends and hunting colleagues. It was unwittingly created during my years as a training instructor for Kwa Zulu Natal Hunting and Conservation Association. I hope that the culmination of your hunting trip and this book results in many a fine fare around the table or hunting camp.
