Advice from the Heart

This book is really just me trying to give the best advice I can. I want to help people all over the world and although I do that already whilst broadcasting, I wanted to do something that people can refer back to if they ever need to. In the last few years, I have been through a lot and I don't want anyone to think they have to suffer in silence because you don't.Everything in my book, I have either experienced or seen it. I know how it feels when you think the world has its back turned away from you.
