Adoption Is Not a Bad Word

I write this book in hopes of showing how adoption can be a positive thing. Today in our society we have come to accept children and their birth moms in a different light. While this is fantastic I still believe that the child needs to have the option when they are older to meet their birth parents. I seached my birth mom out first because I wanted to know of medical problems my children may face. I then realized what a blessing I have as I found a best friend in my birth mom. Our relationship is different than the one with my mom and to me it is a blessing in disguise.
