Administrative Proceedings

This work shows as a whole the administrative actions as an integral part of the public function, emphasising their origin and the necessary procedural rituals developed by the public authorities linked to the executive branch of public power in a special way and to the other components of public power, as indicated in the same codification dictated as an effect of echoing the constitutional vocation of Colombia to be a true State of Law.
