ADMAU's actions in animal agro-industries

The agro-industrial development of certain regions of the country can be limited by different factors, ranging from structural issues and the formalization of establishments to the lack of technical advice or access to scientific evidence to support quality control and the expansion of small industries. The aim of this study was to describe the activities carried out in three agro-industries producing products of animal origin, including monitoring all the processing lines and producing documents, highlighting the importance of technical responsibility in agro-industries in order to maintain the SIM and adhere to SISBI/POA or SUSAF-RS equivalence. The documents structured in this research provide technical support for SIM inspectors, food professionals and technical managers, as well as for agro-industry micro-entrepreneurs looking to add value to their products through agro-industrialization.
