A Review on Antimicrobial Screening using Callus Extracts of Important Medicinal Plants

Medicinal plants have been used as traditional treatments for numerous human diseases for thousands of years in many parts of the world. Due to increasing resistance of bacteria to antibiotics there is an increasing demand of new antimicrobial agents. in the present study to know about the antimicrobial activity by using different plant callus extracts shows antimicrobial resistance with some variation between species to species. This study is needful for to know that which plant callus extracts showed potential activity, and further useful for pharmacological industries and this is first review report by using callus extracts of different medicinal plants.
