A Rapid Assessment of the Biodiversity and Social Aspects of the Aquatic Ecosystems of the Orinoco Delta and the Gulf of Paria, Venezuala

This Rapid Assessment Program (RAP) bulletin reports on the findings of the 2002 AquaRAP survey of the aquatic ecosystems of the Gulf of Paria and Orinoco Delta in Venezuela. The volume examines the fishes and macroinvertebrates of the shallow water ecosystems in this habitat, and also includes excerpted information from previous studies on the geology and other animals of the region.
