A continuation of 2317. The Marines at War. There is an outbreak of attacks on mining ships and mining colonies and the reconnaissance ship Marines of Tarawa are assigned to find the perpetrators. The reconnaissance ship Marines begin finding the people who are plundering and killing the people who are mining for minerals, metals and precious stones, destroying ships and taking over mining sites and claims. R3/4S is working with Intelligence to determine who is responsible for this evil, and between reconnaissance and Intelligence inroads are made into the people behind these operations.
