Σε αυτόν τον κόσμο υπάρχουν δύο είδη ψεμάτων

"There are lies that have short legs"

Ο Πινόκιο δεν ήξερε πού να κρυφτεί

Pinocchio did not know where to hide himself

Ντρεπόταν να ανακαλύψει τα ψέματά του

he was ashamed of his lies being discovered

Προσπάθησε να τρέξει έξω από το δωμάτιο

he tried to run out of the room

Αλλά δεν κατάφερε να δραπετεύσει

but he did not succeed at escaping
