Yhä osuvammin - More and more to the point

The idea for this book was sparked by the observation that the valuable statements formulated during the preexamination processes in the Doctoral Programme at the Academy of Fine Arts Helsinki (KuvA) hardly enter into collegial discussions of artistic research.More and More tothe Pointpresents the pre-examination documents of seven doctoral projects completed during the 2010s. This selection provides an insight into the multifaceted nature of doctoral projects in the Fine Arts and the delicacy of their assessment.
