Yearbook of Intensive Care and Emergency Medicine 1992

The "Yearbook 1992" continues one part of the tradition established by the "Update in Intensive Care and Emergency Medicine" series. That is, that one volume is published each year, offering firstly, an overview of the most recent developments in the field of clinical research and practice in intensive care and emergency medicine and secondly, acting as a reference source. At the same time, the "Update" series will continue to publish several volumes per year on topical special issues. The "Yearbook" is intended to be useful to libraries for cardiology, internal medicine, surgery, paediatrics, emergency medicine, anaesthesia and intensive care medicine.
