Y Philosophy

Philosophy does not require that one have a talent for playing the violin or throwing a ball or writing in computer code. All it requires is the ability to think, an ability which all of us have. In the spirit of Georg Hegel and Gottfried Herder, Y Philosophy argues that anyone can become a philosopher given the proper direction. Bringing philosophy down to its barebones - epistemology, metaphysics, and ethics - Y Philosophy provides the basic means for anyone to create their own philosophy. It aims to make doing philosophy as fun and easy as playing with play dough, or Plato if you will, offering everyone a taste of the joys of the examined life.
