Wrong Way Justice

A man is dead and his wife is his accused murderer who disappeared the day his body was found. An aggrieved father posts a huge bounty on the woman's head to have her captured and returned to face a noose.Jake Hardman, a veteran and highly respected bounty hunter, takes on the case. He reaches the small town of Wrong Way and interviews the sheriff and several townspeople to learn about the fugitive and where she might be. Jake quickly realizes things are not as they seem, especially after he visits the family for clues as to the missing woman's whereabouts. Dark secrets in the family begin to emerge further complicating Jake's task to find the woman.Pursuing the woman into the nearby mountains leads to near catastrophe for Jake before he corners the woman and convinces her to give up and let him get her back to town to tell her story at trial. Despite efforts to railroad the fugitive to the gallows, the truth emerges in dramatic and shocking fashion that no one saw coming. Jake has fulfilled his obligation as a bounty hunter but knows he has one more task to complete because it is the right thing to do.
