Writing Skills Workbook 1 is the perfect way for children to take ownership of their writing as they work through the new Reading Comprehension and Writing Skills programme. Working alongside the grammar and spelling covered in Jolly Phonics and Jolly Literacy; Spelling, Punctuation and Grammar, and using the Reading Comprehension units as a springboard, the Writing Skills component of the programme contains 36 units designed to enable children to develop their own ideas and feel inspired to write about the topic taught in that week.
