Wish Taker

Madeleine went to the town fair with her mother and brother. There a wizard was selling chains.  Unfortunately, for those who wore the chain a dark power would surround them. Anytime they made a wish, the Wish Taker would grant them the exact opposite.  People started having unfortunate and often deadly results, and chaos ensued. Fear gripped the town as people searched for answers.
