WISCONSIN is "PULP FARGO" - A Dark Comedy about a Happy Place. It is a based on true events. It's about comedic relationships of crime with an not so typical fish out of water guy. In a not so small sleepy little town, who gets himself into big city troubles in an attempt to settle his the accounts due to and by the two local Oddballs. It quickly becomes the messiest and most challenging day of his life and just about everyone else life he comes in contact with.
