Wings of the Aether

Samantha Greene just started eighth grade and she is positive that this year will be different: it will be the very beginning of a wonderful life. However, when Kameron, a foreign exchange student, comes to live with her family, Samantha's world is flipped upside down. There is a woman in town who looks exactly like Samantha and claims to know the girl, not to mention all the threats on Samantha's life. Perhaps this is not the beginning of her life, but the end. After being captured by her murderous parents, Laina is frantic to continue the search for her long lost sister. What she was not expecting to find was a stubborn fourteen year-old who refuses to accept the tales of multiple worlds and the impossible. Will Laina be able to save her sister before it is too late or will the others get their way?
