Willameana the Witch

Willameana was a cranky witch who lived in Wilmington, West Virginia. She didn't like it when the townspeople used her property, which she considered all the town's common areas. Three separate times, Willameana interfered with the children's playtime.

The townspeople finally decided they had to change Willameana's ways... but how?
