Whisper Me: A Collection of Poetry - Long and Short

This effort is about love - I have found it with one woman, and I have dedicated every work to her. I will do the same here as well. The poems in Part One were sent to her one year for her birthday, a different one (and style) each day. It was me playfully illustrating the world as I see it with her in it.Part Two is also about that love, but differently formatted and approached with a more nuanced eye. "Our Entry for the Hottest Couple, 1997" was written for a local contest. We won, and we were pictured in the Oregonian on Valentine's Day that year."On the Porch, Underneath" is a long-form exploration of my deepest fear: losing her.This publication is also urgent. You have isolation, God, love, and urgency, but not the way you might think of it. I hope you enjoy it.
