WHEN NOT IF

When an unnamed hurricane wipes out Cortez, FL in 1921, a baby girl is born to a fishing family which loses almost everything in the storm. Her adventures take us to a very different Florida, where Prohibition makes rum running, then drug smuggling too tempting for fishermen desperate for the catch to improve.
