What of the Ranch

In the 1970s, a group of poor inner-city African Americans moves to a small Midwestern town to form a Christian commune. The place is referred to as the Ranch. Under the authority of Pastor Vera Cooley, members of the church will find that life in the community is both blessing and a little something else. Based on a true story, What of the Ranch is the first book in the God's Tabernacle series.
