This is Billie's story, from her childhood on the family farm in New Zealand, then becoming a dedicated nurse, her penchant for travel and her marriages, first to a psychopath and then to a compulsive gambler. Billie turned her hand to many occupations as she tried to raise her family during difficult times and situations.
