We Never Save the World

Are we really inspired by our favorite fantasy novels – or do we just hide behind them? When an English teacher challenges some of his students to put down the books and emulate their brave literary icons in real life, they start the Youth for Justice League. From a sprawling encampment on the school lawn to a tense face-off with extremist groups, these five very different teens embrace activism in all its messy glory. Through the exhilarating wins and the humiliating screw-ups, they form unlikely friendships and find their inner heroes.
