Water, a human right versus Pollution

This text discusses the emergence of international environmental law, because from it emerges the need for the recognition of protection for natural resources, including water. Subsequently, an explanation of environmental responsibility on the part of the State and individuals is presented, and a line of jurisprudence that reflects the Constitutional Court's treatment of water as a human right is reviewed.
