War, Hate, Propaganda and the Internet: A Dangerous Combination

The book considers how speech on social media during an armed conflict could potentially be considered a criminal offence. It then considers such incidents against the criminal law of Ukraine and Germany to determine when speech on social media can be considered an offence.
