Wanderlust: A Poetic Travel

Beneath these covers and inside the pages of this book you will find the poetry of Evelyn DeJesus. These poems travel through the past four years of her life as she begins her college life and adulthood. These poems are short stories of her soul. Her poems are honest, at times raw and real. Expressing her frustrations with her relationship with God as well as her adoration of him. Some of her poems come out of a place of deep pain as she begins a recovery journey and some of her poems just explain her emotions as she deals with loss, growth and the changes of adulthood. Wanderlust is defined as "A strong desire to travel."
