Vermicompost production with solid waste from the dairy herd

In the Faculty of Agricultural, Livestock and Forestry Sciences of the Universidad Mayor de San Simon (UMSS), Cochabamba, Bolivia, a project was developed with the objective of utilizing the solid waste from the dairy herd of the UMSS, the main activities developed were the creation of compost with cow manure, The main activities that were developed were the creation of compost with cow manure, installation of a worm breeding bed with dimensions of 5 m long, 1 m wide and 0.5 m high, then the worms were inoculated in the bed with compost and finally a budget was made with the costs that were used for this activity.
