At the sixth "Bonner Gespräch zum Energierecht" in November 2010 once again well-known academics as well as members of all involved industries met in Lerbach to discuss today''s questions of the internal energy market in Europe.However, as usual, not only legal problems were adressed, but the relevant questions were also being looked at from an economic point of view.The papers deal with the implications of the third package of internal energy market legislation, especially the unbundling of network operations and the incentive regulation scheme in Germany under constitutional law as well as the challenges to anti-trust and competition law in the EU and in the US in general.
