Usury and contemporary issues

It was God''s law at the time of the revelation that people would prohibit what they saw in the interest of prohibiting it, which was gradually common among them. God Almighty knew that prohibiting it to them all at once was not of interest, and among this that was common was reprehensible: usury.Souls were imbued with it despite the apparent necessity, so he decided to gradually prohibit it, until when the final prohibition was final, souls accepted it with satisfaction, and they finished with peace of mind, reassured to work according to the rulings that God had legislated. That is why the first thing revealed regarding usury was the Almighty''s saying in Surah Al-Rum: "And whatever usury you give that may increase in people''s wealth will not increase with God, and whatever you give of zakat desiring the Face of God, those are the ones who will be doubled."
