This course will walk you through steps of healing, self-discovery and acceptance for who you are and for your story.
Each chapter is built on the next, created to encourage reflection, healing, courage, hope, confidence and boldness. You will begin a journey of self reflection, processing negative core beliefs and where they originated from, forgiveness and exploring the amazing gifts, strengths and beauty that lie within you.

The tools used in this workbook have been used by Ellen personally in her own journey to healing. Her hope is that you also will find healing, joy, hope and the boldness to live this one wild and precious life you have been given with confidence in knowing who you are.
