This is the author's memoir of her parents' life, based on letters, old photos, anecdotes, with an extra dollop of fictional interpretation. This is a journey taking us from pre-war England to present-day Australia. One parent in theatre and the other in music, made for turbulent times. The author speculates on how her parents' lives ultimately affect her own life choices.
