Unbreakable

I have spent most of my life helping others, which allowed me to not address my own unresolved issues. Writing this book has helped me tremendously in my healing process by providing me a safe space to channel my most vulnerable emotions at a time when I felt so alone. I invite you to take a walk with me through this journey to healing. In this book, I address my experiences with parental addiction, childhood trauma, grief, and abuse.
