How patients are treated and behave, plays a major role in the response to medical care and the final outcomes. Honesty, cooperation, positive attitude, trust, adherence to the treatment plan and appreciation are essentials for the patients. Open and sincere communication, hope, skill, and knowledge are the working instruments of healthcare delivery.
