Twin Tails

I vowed never to get another dog after the devasting loss of my beloved Jack Russell, Rudy. A short six months later I reconsidered, but did not know what breed to get. Then one day while searching various dog websites I saw a picture of a puppy with the eyes of an old soul. His eyes told me he had been waiting for me to find him. He was at an animal sanctuary and I decided to adopt him. They told me he had a sister and they'd never been separated. Their litter had been abandoned on the side of a road, found and taken to a shelter and accepted at the sanctuary. Rather than separating them, I adopted my twins, Beau and Ruby. Twin Tails is their adoption journey and the transformative experience of opening your home to one or more of the many animals that have been cast aside.
