"Twice Ambushed": Horror Stories of the Veterans Administration

Twice Ambushed is about a veteran who fought the Veterans Administration for forty-five years over a disability claim. During this struggle it was discovered that the tactics they use is to destroy records, stall until the claimant give up or dies, bury their records so deep in pseudo-records that it is hard to determine which are valid. The claims and appeals seem to never stop. Medical care is compared with that in a third world country. Veterans deserve better than this.
