Four Guiding Principles that have changed the way I view myself in relationship to all that is.
Truth: Identify the root cause of self-limiting thoughts and beliefs
Integrity: To identify and strengthen moral character
Courage: To strengthen the mind that enables a person to face difficulties
Love: To live without fear and honor our connection to ourselves and others
I call this process The T.I.C.L. Effect. It is the process by which I reconcile my deepest truths around my relationships. The T.I.C.L. Effect is a set of guiding principles that, when accessed properly, yields amazing results that have transformed my life. The T.I.C.L. Effect has impacted my thinking mind, body, and my relationships, especially with me. The T.I.C.L. Effect changed how I choose to be in the world.
