Trelawny of the Guards - 60th Anniversary

Three years after Sergeant Trelawny joined the Grenadier Guards the scarlet tunic of peacetime was packed away and for seven more years the guardsman's uniform was kaki battledress.

Through those bitter years of the Second World War, Sergeant Trelawny led, mastered and fought beside the toughest, proudest soldiers in the British Army.
