In order to preserve the original design and quality of the print edition of this book, we have used a fixed format ePub format. This means that there can be a slight delay as pages are loaded, but you will be rewarded with a rich visual experience. Consequently this edition is not suitable for reading on an iPhone or iPad mini. A free flowing text version of this edition is currently under production and will be available soon. The edition is compatible with the iBook reader on the OSX Mavericks operating system, but as this currently doesn't have the ability to zoom pages, so some of the smaller text is a little hard to read on older 13"e; non Retina laptop screens.
