TRADE WARS & Devolved Capitalism

2068, after the Armageddon, US held an election, Taft, a Democrat, won. In China, PLA conducted a coup and placed Zhin as the new Chairman of the CCP. China's leaders who joined the Armageddon were deposed and jailed. But, world leaders want to legitimize this coup too: the US, the EU, Germany & Russia. Meanwhile in Germany, Chancellor Fritch & her Cabinet expound the Filipino idea which is Devolved Capitalism. Then she calls the US' Taft & China's Zhin and reminds them of the New World Order Protocol that will be effected in Somalia, Africa. Though, she forgets to inform the UK, Canada, Australia, France and the Philippines; Taft informs them instead. The world leaders are now scrambling for a functioning Political and Economic idea that can counter Communism. The Philippines President, representing the Developing Countries, was quizzed by nations leaders, like Japan, about the idea; they are to choose between US' and China's Free Trade Agreement (FTA). Along the conversations, Yin (Prayer or Controller) and Yang (Work or Marketer) are expounded to know which is better for Humanity's Progress. Yin or Yang? The US' Eagles Club gladly welcomes the Philippines' President though.
